Is Fully available in Barcelona and Mallorca?+
Yes. Fully is live in Barcelona and expanding to Palma de Mallorca. Download the app to find your nearest station.
How much does it cost to rent a power bank?+
€1 per 30 minutes with fast charging. 80% in roughly 40 minutes, and a full charge for around €2. The power bank has built-in cables for iPhone, Android, AirPods and more, and you can return it at any Fully station across our network.
Can I use Fully as a tourist?+
Absolutely. We accept international credit cards and digital payments: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay. No Spanish bank account required.
Is there a security hold when I rent?+
Yes. When you rent a power bank, €35 is temporarily held on your payment method as a security deposit. It is released automatically as soon as you return the power bank to any Fully station. The hold simply ensures the power bank comes back. If you return it, you pay nothing extra. If a power bank is lost, the hold is kept as a replacement fee.
How do I know the power bank is safe?+
All Fully power banks are certified, safe-to-use hardware. Each unit is regularly inspected by our technical team before going back into the network.
What if I lose or damage a power bank?+
For serious damage, a repair fee applies. If a power bank is lost, the €35 security hold placed at rental is kept as a replacement fee. Normal wear is always covered.
